ALFA Coaching – Master Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital programs, courses, and services offered by ALFA Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to:

• Mind 2 Body (Self-Study, Accelerator, and Live 1:1 Coaching)
• Healing Frequency Jumpstart
• Creating the Space to Heal

By accessing or purchasing any of our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or purchase our programs.

1. Program Access & Use

1. All programs are digital.
2. Access may require creating a user account to log into our program libraries.
3. Access durations:
• Mind 2 Body & Creating the Space to Heal: 1 year from enrollment
• Healing Frequency Jumpstart: Lifetime
• Previously purchased programs (e.g., Creating the Space to Heal) remain accessible under original terms.
4. Programs are for personal use only. You may not resell, copy, distribute, or publicly share content.

2. Payment & Refund Policies

1. Payment Methods: Full payment or approved payment plans may be used where offered (Kajabi integrated processors, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, etc.).
2. Refund Policy:
• Healing Frequency Jumpstart & Mind 2 Body Self-Study: 90-day refund from purchase, if requested
• All other programs (live coaching, accelerator, 1:1 sessions): No refunds
3. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers. ALFA Coaching does not store your payment information.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Our programs are educational and informational only.
• They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Participation is voluntary and not a substitute for professional medical care.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

4. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, and resources are the exclusive property of ALFA Coaching.

• You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content publicly or with others.
• Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must create a user account to access program materials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the program or other users.

6. Third-Party Services

Programs and website use third-party service providers including:

• WithoutCode (website hosting)
• Kajabi (program delivery, email communication, and payment facilitation)
• Integrated third-party payment processors

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are required to protect your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ALFA Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in any program.
• You understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.
• Use of program content is at your own risk.

8. Termination

• ALFA Coaching may terminate your access for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of content or failure to comply with policies.
• Access may also be terminated if payment fails or for other administrative reasons.

9. International Users

• Accessing our programs from outside the U.S. means your data may be processed in the U.S.
• International users have rights under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

10. Changes to Terms

ALFA Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
• Continued access or use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Addendum: 7-Day Healing Frequency Jumpstart Specific Terms

For the 7-Day Healing Frequency Jumpstart only:

1. Access is lifetime.
2. Refunds may be requested within 90 days of purchase.
3. Program participation is self-paced. ALFA Coaching does not provide individualized medical or therapeutic guidance.
4. All other Master Terms of Service policies apply fully.
